Machine Capabilities

  • Fully CNC operational machine shop – All lathes are CNC and can be used to manufacture and repair API connections on BHA drilling tools ranging from sizes 2-7/8” - 36”
  • Hardbanding Units capable of apply industry recognised Hardbanding wires as well as Non-Mag Hardbanding applications
  • Churchill grinder for the removal of hardbanding on tubular products
  • Churchill cylindrical grinder for stabilizer redress applications
  • Manganese & Zinc Phosphate spray and dip tanks
  • Slotting & Stamping Services
